There is a screw adjustment on the rear of the headlight housing for vertical movement. The 1993 Corolla does not have a horizontal adjustment.
The engine is fuel injected and idle is controlled by the ECM (computer) on 1993 cars
The idle adjust screw is located on the throttle body on the intake manifold. It is a flat head screw that is accessable from the passenger side position located center top, it sometimes is covered by RTB silicone to hold the position so you may need to scrape it off to see it.
Theres a screw on the Throttle body at the end of the intake manifold. turn it with a screw driver left or right.

To adjust the idle speed on a 1993 Honda Accord, you will need to locate the adjustment screw which is located on the throttle body. This can stick at times due to obstructions. Once the screw is located, apply carb cleaner to loosen up any debris which may be causing the idle speed to be off.
Don't mess with that adjustment. The idle speed is electronically controlled.

The actual adjustment screw can only be turned out or in about an inch and a quarter but that will raise or lower the truck about 2 or 3 inches. The adjustment screws are located under the truck approximately under the front seats and adjusts a cam attached to the end of trailing edge of the torsion bar.
