Idle air control(IAC) is located on the upper intake manifold drivers side behind the throttle body. That would be for the OHV engine only, I dont know about the SOHC motor.

You don't have a heater control valve for this truck.......
The 1998 Ram does not have EGR.

The air sensor control motor is electrically operated that controls amount of air bypassing the throttle. It is located right at the center of the engine.
It is located inside the transmission, on top of the valve body. Remove trans oil pan, drop the valve body and the shift/control soleniod is on the body.
It is the small plastic elbow that is on the top of the valve cover.
The EGR valve was not needed. Dodge was able to meet emission requirements by fuel and timing control.

This relay is located underneath the hood inside the relay control center in 1998 Dodge Neon.
The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.8 liter engine EGR valve can be found on the top of the engine. The EGR valve will be near the back of the engine.
On most models, the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve is located on the throttle body.
