Where is the in-line fuseable link or module to the fuel pump of a 1991 Chevy Lumina?

There is a black box about 3" on a side on the driver-side shock mount tower, it should have a positive terminal near it. The top of the box will say something like Fuel relay, when you remove it, it has a relay and the fuel pump fuse. You can remove the fuse and run the engine dry to de-pressurize the fuel rails so you can change the fuel filter back by the gas tank. Good Luck
