First you will need to pull the round plastic dash panel off (includes two heat vents, storage slot, stereo, and heater controls). once off disconnect air bag on/off switch if appl. You will see a white plate with four hex head screws, pull out the screws and pull out all three heater controls together, disconnect all 5 plugs some are tricky but a flat screwdriver helps. once out you will see a blk or grey round piece of plastic beside the switch and plugins on the back side of the box it also has a rectangular protrusion if you push and twist then pull you will find a bulb. Common at most auto parts stores, were I've worked anyways.
