its over the glove compartment box. take out screws surrounding the glove compartment. put your arm up and around it and you will feel the flashers. then replace screws
The #552 turn signal flasher is located to the right of the gas pedal in the center console body. There is an open plastic compartment where the flasher is held in place by a metal clip. It is visable from the driver's side.
