The oil pressure sensor, or oil sender unit, is located on the intake manifold just underneath and to the left of the alternator. Hope this helps.
Where is the oil pressure sending unit located on a 2004 4.8 L V8 GMC?
Peer pressure at parties, usually.
The original answer is incorrect. The low oil level sensor is located where the original answer states. The oil pressure sending unit is a separate part. The sending unit is located on the left rear top of the engine, behind the intake manifold mounted into the top of the block.
It is integrated in the rear side window.
It is most likely right close to your oil filer base. Please let me know where you find it.
The fuel sending unit for the fuel gauge would be located in the fuel tank.
It's built into the front windshield.
The oil pressure sensor is on the passenger side front of the engine just above the oil filter.
The fuel tank pressure sensor is located on the fuel sending unit/pump. Located in the fuel tank under the rear seat. should be on the left side of the tank. Pretty sure you cant replace it seperatly....but not totally sure? I think you have to replace the whole sending unit/fuel pump.
In a 2004 Subaru Outback, the thermostat is located on the bottom of the engine on the driver's side. Remove the screws holding the fitting that the hose (from the bottom of the radiator leading to the engine block) is attached to, remove the fitting, and the thermostat will be underneath.
In front of the Engine, under the Belt Covers.....
