drivers side behind Power Steering pump and directly above engine mount, a clear way to spot it is sticking your head in the driver side wheel well and looking in with a flashlight.

It is part of the fuel pump module, in the tank.
they are on top of the fuel sending unit and are not replacable unless replacing the whole unit.
1994 to 2001
On a 4cyl it is on the back of the block. On a 6 cyl it is near the oil filter.
I just had to change the Oil Pressure Sending Unit on my 2001 Dodge Durango (4.7L). The sending unit is located right next to your oil filter. To be more exact its in between the oil filter and the engine block and is easily viewable from looking underneath the vehicle without even jacking it up. Remove the freon from the ac system and release the pressure on the 2001 Dodge. Loosen the fittings on the dryer and remove it. Install a new drier, and new o rings. Pull a vacuum on the system then fill with new freon.
