Where is the oil pressure sending unit on 1992 ford ranger
thats what i am trying to find out? thx
sending unit
Do you mean the Temp sending unit, oil pressure sending unit, or fuel level sending unit?
For a 351m engine the oil sending unit is located on the top of the engine between the carburetor and the firewall.
On the 88 Bronco it should be just above the engine oil filter.

The oil pressure sending unit on a 302 ford is located on the block of the engine. It screws into the block and the sending unit goes on the end. The oil pressure sending unit on a 302 Ford is slightly above and to the left of the oil filter. I find it is easier to replace with the oil filter out.
driver side above the oil filter
Any sensor that sends information to the computer or driver, such as fuel sending unit, oil pressure sending unit, etc.
