um i beleave it is behind the motor underneth the intake manifold above the starter motor... one senson with a green wire coming out of it... and your welcome!!

assuming your talking about the sensor that operates the speedometer, there should only be 2.
ON the SOHC models the Crankshaft position sensor is located on the front of the oil pan, The DOHC is located behind the engine, the transmission and the flywheel must be removed to the sensor on the DOHC models
