On a 1997 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, the pcv valve is located 4'' Northeast of the bolt which secures the plastic engine cover. It is underneath a small, diamond shaped metal plate with two bolts. The black metal plate is clearly marked "PCV" on both sides.
