For an automatic transmission, check the side of the transmission by or at where the shifter linkage goes into the trans. For a manual transmission, check under the shifter boot.

The U S light in yellow/orange is an "UP SHIFT LIGHT" this is a manual transmission. this is for fuel economy

manual transmiissions theres a fill plug on the drivers side take the wheel off and youll see it next to the cvjoint

Under the hood, inside a tube, sticking out of the transmission

where do you add manuel transmission fluid on a 1991 geo storm 5 speed

remove dipstick and place a funnel into the tube ..voila..only add while the car is running and in park ------------------------------------------ If this is a manual transmission, there is 2 big bolts on the driver SIDE of the transmission around where the axle slides in. The lower is for draining, the upper is for filling. Fill until oil pours out of the fill hole.

you have to go under the car to the transfer case there is a bolt to pull out put your finger inside if it comes out wet your good, only do this when motor is off and cooled down.

You will need to contact Beretta to ge a manual

Dextron 2 If your trans is manual... the manufacturer recommends Synchromesh Transmission fluid (MTF) GM 12345349. Which is available a your typical auto parts store and of course the Chevy dealer.

maybe your transmission is going out or you dont have sufficent transmission fluid.

The cast of Planet Storm - 2001 includes: Norman McIsaac as The Pilot Brenda Vaccaro as Narrator Steve Wilsher as Guard

well if its 5 speed it dosent have one.

The Manual stated the approx fluid capacity is 1.9 liters (2 quarts). They recommended using MT oil # 12345349 or equivalent, it was suggested to me this is to be 5W motor oil, not gear oil.

Buy a manual. Too many steps to explain, from removing wheels, cv axles, supporting eng from above, getting exhaust out of the way, steering rack, cat converter, subframe assy...get the idea?

The Geo Storm, Isuzu Impulse, 91 Lotus Elan and several others share the same transmission housing w/ different gearing. The Isuzu manual transmission fill plug is the speedometer cable gear hole on top of transmission. Leave the speedometer cable connected, loosen the one bolt on the retaining plate. Remove the gear. Above the gear you will notice fill marks, low and high. 1st drain the transmission when the fluid is hot as to keep particulate in suspension. Then replace the drain plug and fill w/ something slightly less than manufacturers listed capacity. 1.9L or 4 U.S. Pints on the Isuzu. Wipe the gear clean, place back w/o retaining plate, remove and check level. Repeat until adequate. Replace gear and tighten retaining plate.

It changes the shift points in the transmission for best fuel economy.

top died senter the markes should mach up

look into chiltonsonline.com or get yourself a haynes repair manual at any autopart store.!

I am nto sure what you mean "will run" in all gears.........but if it won't move...... if it is a manual transmission, it could be the clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing if it is an automatic, probably the torque converter. Check your shifter linkage to make sure it is all connected first.........

suddenly induces high voltage in the transmission line because the charge carrier in the transmission is positive and the charge present in the lightning storm is negative so if colloid both increases its field and voltagewhen two or more clouds rub they produce friction this leads to lightning which produce light , sound and heat .
