There isn't one. Well, actually there is...on the top of the plastic overflow tank located near the rear of the engine compartment on the passanger side.
The Lincoln cooling system is setup sort of like a VW Golf I used to have. The plastic tank is not just an overflow tank, it is actually part of the pressurized water system. So the cap holds pressure in the system...use care if opening it when the system has been run and is still hot!
