Where is the radiator fan relay located on a 2000 grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0l?

According to another posting I read, the fan relay is located underneath the front bumper cover on the passenger side. I am about to replace mine as well, seems the fan is not getting any power after testing it with a volt meter.
