Depends on which relay switch however main relay switches on a Ford Mondeo mk2 are usually found in the fuse box under the bonnet at the rear of the battery

If niether L/R signal works, it's likely that you have a bad blinker relay or switch. The relay is the best place to start (very inexpensive and usually easy to access). If it still doesn't work with a new relay installed, you'll have to get into the steering column to troubleshoot the switch. go to a locksmith that can do car keys they will clone mondeo key fobs but they r expensive
