The passenger side rear brake light sensor is a little black box (approximately1/4" x 2") that lis attached by two screws to the inside of the passenger side rear tail brake lamp. It has six wires hooked to it and one (grn-wht) feeds the third (upper) brake light. The driver's side sensor has only 5 wires. There is no black on the driver's side. So, they are not interchangeable.
