There will be one on each tire (assuming you have normal tires), one on the AC "high" side, one on the AC "low" side (for testing and filling refrigerant) and possibly one on the fuel rail for testing fuel pressure. The fuel rail is on the engine, near the top.
It is the air valve on the tire, where you put air into the tire.

A Schrader valve is the same type of valve you use to fill your car or bike tires with. On the fuel line of a car it is used to release the fuel pressure from the lines so you can safely change the fuel lines, pump, or filters. I am not Sure if it is different on different years but the schrader valve on my 1986 Ford F150 with the 302 Fuel Injection is on the fuel rail just behind the distributor cap it my have it may or my not have a black cap on it.
It is located at the passenger side rear of the valve cover under the intake manifold.

It is a small (usually white) plastic sensor attached to the top of the EGR valve.

There isn't an "AC drain line". Refrigerant is recovered through the schrader valve on the high pressure side. Servicing an AC system is not a "do-it-yourself" task, especially when it comes to recovering, handling, and storing refrigerant.
