My 1999 Suburban 1500 LT has the DRL Module in a gray plastic case with a flip lid access to the PCB inside located under the dash to the left of the steering column. Open the lid to the plastic case, grab the PCB edge with pliers and wiggle free. I still haven't located the DRL diode though... Anyone?
