In housing at the engine end of the upper radiator hose
IN YOUR FUSE PANEL ON THE DRIVER'S END OF THE DASH ( COVER VISIBLE WITH DRIVERS DOOR OPEN ) in location # 29 is a 10 amp mini-fuse for the audio system , and in location # 20 is a 7.5 amp mini-fuse for the radio / GEM system / anti-theft

i have a 96 and they are -25/speedometer/GEM system -29/audio system. I printed out a copy of the fuse panel from autozone.com
According to the owner's manual , a 2007 Ford Ranger has a 20 amp fuse for the OBD II diagnostic connector and cigar lighter in location # 29 of the fuse panel which is located behind the right front kick panel below the right side of the dash. (Helpfull)

I have a 1992 Ford Ranger 2WD. I was told that with a two-inch body lift you could barely fit 33's on mine. So Im guessing you might could fit 29's. You also have to keep in my mind that some times will grind on the tire wall.
