The 2001 Jeep Wrangler turn signal flasher relay switch can be located beneath the dashboard. The switch will be on the drivers side of the engine compartment.
your flasher is a combination unit turn & flasher on top of your diagnostics test unit on the left side of steering column
Flasher relay is defective.
More than likely the Flasher Relay is defective. Replace it.
It is a built in part of the computer attached to the under hood fuse box.
If they come on and will not flash, replace the Flasher Relay. If they just don't come on replace the blown out bulb.
They are two separate circuits. Check the 4 way fuse then check the 4 way flasher relay.
Defective flasher relay if none of them flash. Burnt out bulb if only one doesn't work.
