The flasher on most cars is located around the fuse box under the dash, or attached to the underside of the dash. It is a small round cylindrical Can made of aluminum, or plastic. The flasher module is a square black plastic box attached to the round tube brace that runs across under the dash, almost butting into the ash tray housing. It's probably wrapped in sponge covered tape with three wires coming out towards the driver's feet. It's easy to see but a real pain to get at or remove unless you have fingers like an octopus. Good luck...
