It has 2 flasher relays. One for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The turn signal flasher is located on the drivers side, under the dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in the fuse panel.
Replace the flasher relay if none of them are working.

First, check all of the bulbs. If one of the blinker bulbs in burnt out it will cause it not to blink on the side where the bulb is located. You have a defective Flasher Relay. Located behind left side of instrument panel.
