The turn signal and hazard flashers are located on the bottom right hand side of the driver's side dash below steering column, to the left side of the ashtray. Take out the three screws and pull down. The hazard flasher is on the left and the blinker flasher is on the right.
.....I found that it was more then three screws but it was where the above stated it was.
.....You may not be able to get the whole dash down, I just bent it down enough to get my arm in there and put the new flasher in... good luck but it fixed my problem so i was happy
I had the same problem, but after asking everyone I knew, I found the answer online. The above is correct, but to make it easier to get to the flasher, you may want to take out the ashtray and remove the screw that was hidden by the ashtray. This will make it a little easier to spread the dash apart to get to the flasher.
