flip the door to the driver headlight and you will find it located there.
^^^Huh? On a '95 GTP it's located on the driver's side above the battery...atleast that's where mine is.
It could on the bottom if the washer fluid reservoir - look there first.
The pump is screwed into the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir

You'll find it under the hood left fender next to the windshield washer reservoir.
To replace the windshield washer pump, remove the washer fluid reservoir. Remove the rubber hose on the bottom of the reservoir from the pump. Remove the plug and wiring from the pump. Remove the reservoir from the car and then remove the pump from the reservoir and from of the rubber grommet. Next, use a screwdriver to pry the grommet from the tank. Your new replacement pump will come with its own grommet. Install it into the reservoir. Use a small amount of oil to lubricate the grommet. Finally, reinstall the hose and wiring harness by reversing your previous steps from when you removed them.

Undo The bolt at the top, then remove the splash guard under the driver side front corner. The washer bottle will slid out through the bottom.

First remove the screws/bolts that hold the windshield washer reservoir, then reposition the reservoir out of your way. Loosen the screws/bolts that secure the metal brace that is above the battery. Swing brace out of the way, so that you can have easy access to remove/replace battery. Once battery is replaced, replace brace and the washer reservoir.
There is a fuse for the windshield washer on the 1995 Geo Prizm. The fuse is located in the fuse box to the left of the steering wheel and under the dashboard.
To tell if the windshield washer sprayer is bad on a 1995 Saab 900 all you need to do is use it. If it streaks, drain and replace with new fluid.
