If its anything like the regular 94 there are 2. One for the flashers and one for the turn signals. they are both under the trim pannels under the dash. The turn signal one is on the drivers side to the right. It is round and is clipped into place. Not hard to replace once you take down the pannel. If you need the one for the 4 ways its on the passenger side grouped with the fuse board for the heat and ac.

Once you get the panel off on the underside of the driver's side it will be on the right hand side (toward the center but before the shifter), it's cradled in a holster that was a pain for me to get out of.
