For reference purposes on the 2002 Windstar, look at page #238 in the Owners Manual (See "Related Questions" below for more)
That page has an illustration of the engine compartment, specifically highlighting the air filter*.
This is important, because the air filter / air intake "duct" attaches to the throttle body on the left side.
In order to do a good throttle body cleaning, you'll need to remove that ductwork - takes a 5/16th nut driver for the clamp.
NOTE: be sure to purchase cleaner that is specifically for throttle body cleaning and is noted as "sensor safe" or similar phrasing.

How do you replace a throttle body on a trailblazer 2002
on side of throttle body at throttle plate.
Purchase a can of throttle body cleaner and follow the directions on the can.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body, opposite of where the cables attach.
The throttle position sensor is on the throttle body.
Clean the throttle body with a spray throttle body cleaner.
If it is similar to the 2002, and I believe they are, It is permanently attached to the throttle body. To replace the sensor, you have to replace the whole throttle body.
It is on the throttle body on the opposite side of where the cables hook on.

The Trailblazer has an electronic throttle (drive by wire). There is no IAC valve, it is built into the throttle body. Remove and clean the entire throttle body.
