Also, you can pull your credit report and see if the creditor's address is on there. At the end of your CBR there should be a list of the names and addresses (sometimes phone number) of all creditors involved in your CBR. Most of the time they can be contacted that way. If they have no phone number I would reccommend taking the info you do have and searching the web.
