I would have to say HP works the best because they last longer and they are nicer and if you buy HP used you can get a good deal, but you have to be careful were you buy. My sisters and I have HPs and they are nice.
Both are ok, but your best bet on buying any computer is buying from a smaller company. They generally give the best customer service as well as a more sturdy and higher quality computer.
Dells tend to have a pretty good track record, I've had a dell laptop and PDA and I was satisfied with both. I've had a Compaq and it was good too, just old. HP's are actually not really good. They tend to be cheaper, but from personal experience and advice from an IT (Information Technology) professional, HP's tend to break down quicker and eventually end up being more expensive. I use Lenovo laptops at my school all the time, and they are pretty good. I only use them for stuff like internet and Word because of server restrictions, but I bet if I used it at home I'd be just as pleased.
Another opinion is that Dell's are complete crap, Compaq's are worse, HP's are really good but expensive, Lenovo is somewhat of an off-brand but are alright. Acer's are awesome.
It does depend on what model you buy. A top of the line Acer is of course better than a bottom of the line Lenovo but if you purchase simular models then I would say the Lenovo is much better.
The 2 main reasons are that Acer has terrible support (not only have I read this on many forums but I have experienced it) and Lenovo uses higher quality parts.
Lenovo by far. I suggest a lenovo Laptop thinkpad ibm.. its a major work horse. you can't go wrong with it. Promise.
Acer is an old company so if you want a PC lesser than 50000 Rs PKR so Acer is good for you if you want up than 50000 Lenovo is best because Acer nowadays is not getting so famous.
I would personally go with Lenovo, but they are about equal. If I could get any laptop, though, it would be an Acer. :)
lenovo, acer, and samsung can.
Some major computer system manufacturers include: Toshiba, Asus, Acer, HP (Hewlett Packard), Dell, Apple, Gateway, Samsung, Lenovo and Sony.
I recommend you brands HP, Acer, and Lenovo. Acer and Lenovo are better to buy because HP is not very suitable for gaming. But if you prefer studying buy HP. The Lenovo G40 is also quite nice for gaming and studying (it's the one I'm using).
Firmware is usually downloaded from the hardware manufacturer's website, usually by clicking on a link, and choosing to save the file to the computer. Some manufacturers install system utilities that will perform the download for you, such as Lenovo and Acer.
Apple, because it will last you much longer and is faster than an acer.
1. Compaq 2. Apple 3. HCL 4. IBM 5. Dell 6. Acer 7. Lenovo
Sony, Acer, Lenovo, Asus, Dell, HP, Toshiba. almost every single computer brand out there produces netbooks. Its just a mini laptop.
HP Acer Dell Lenovo Toshiba International Business Machines (IBM) Fujitsu NEC Apple Inc Gateway
Dell is not a type of computer. Dell is a company name like Apple, HP, Lenovo, Acer and others which make Laptop or PCs. If you wanted to know how good are Dell Laptop or PCs, I must say they are considered as good company.
I think that the best computer would be a Cray 3 supercomputer running Windows 7, overclocked to 150 mhZ, defragged to the limit and reconfigured opcodes. For people who do not have a 3.5 billion dollars, then I would recommend a Acer laptop overclocked somewhat and defragged.
A acer laptop is portable computer that is small enough to fit on your la. this particular is a laptop that is made by the computer company acer . BUT it quite alot of system issues that i cant even resolve.
