well im doing social studies paper now! called latin landscapes, and today i ask my lovely teacher she said it was not chile it was argentina at 6,960 she even helped find the ansewre! so do not belive it is chile its not !

That would be Bolivia, because it is "landlocked", or it has no access to an ocean, or river, making it very hard to trade with other countries. Say there is a clothing factory in the center of the country, and they wanted to ship one hundred boxes of jackets to their neighbor, Chile. It would be pretty hard, because the only way to get it there wouls be driving or flying, which are both costly. Also Paraguay is a very poor country for most of the same reasons, but it has a river to use to trade.
