well i saw at CNN.com in a researches they did there'd say it's in N-Korean and S-Korean average DL14 mgps/ UP14 mgps.
But i got friend that lives in Japan and he siad his net is 1gb, but this ain't the average there are many internet worse than that.
and in China the net in really good to the fastest is 100mgps Dl/Up.
