It depends on what kind of exercise you are doing and what results you want but if you want a regular easy plan, try p90x. it is not easy but gives you good results.

Elliptical exercises are proven to give good results. Since they use more muscle groups than a treadmill you will burn more calories doing elliptical exercises thus it gives better and faster results!
in wii sports all the segments gives u the most exercise. but, in my opinion since i like boxing, the boxing segment gives me more exercise (and i need it since im kinda fat...ha ha ha). but all of them gives u a good amount of exercise.

its a great invention because it can be used to get someone from one place to another fairly quickly while doing exercise. It also is a mode of transport which gives off no CO2 emissions.
