Yeast belong to the kingdom fungi, so bread for a start. Blue cheese has penicillium added, and other cheeses, including camembert and brie.

Mushrooms are fungi (obviously) so mushrooms and anything with mushroom additions - ie Pizza. Also pizza bases contain yeast.

Fungi is used in the making of chocolate, soy sauce and many softdrinks, however I don't think the final product still has fungi "in it". Fungi is used to ferment wine and beer.
