if you look under your hood, on the drivers side you should see a black box for fuses it should be right there and labeled.
check out fuse #5. The link below is an excellent diagram of the fuse box for a 2004 Dodge GC. I blew the fuse with a small compressor while inflating tires. My brother in law was researching my prob w/ me & he found a source that tied fuse #14 to the radio as well if #5 doesn't get it.
The engine compartment fuse and relay box is located left side of the engine compartment. After removing the lid, refer to the fuse box lid for help locating the fuse you want. If you look on the lid, it will not show which fuse controls the radio. If all the fuses are ok, then you'll have to remove the in dash radio and replace the fuse in there.
I don't know if your 1995 caravan has a BCM to update but i have a 2005 grand caravan that the radio stopped working. we looked everywhere for a fuse for the radio. the dealership claims they didn't know where it is...just bring it in, they said.soon after,my side automatic sliding door stopped working.2 weeks later i couldn't get any of my doors to open, unlock or lock with the key or the switch in the doors. I found out the bcm needs updating in lots of caravans at about 40,000 miles.cost about 100.00 at the dealership doesn't require any parts.takes about 30 mins.should be a service bulletin out about it.Dodge.com pretends not to be aware of a problem. I suggest caravan owners call 18008531403 and let dodge know just how many of caravan owners are having this problem. I learned if you remove the battery cable for at least 1 hr, when you put it back on, my doors started responding to the keys and my RADIO started working again.the radio does take a min to start playing though. i will take it to the dealership when the battery thing stops doing the trick. my friend bought a 2007 grand caravan. t has 34,000 miles on it and one of her sliding doors isn't working.she will try the fix.hope this helps. Check the mini 20 amp fuse marked by RDO/IGN. I have the same problem and have yet to confirm but that is what I was told.
Under the hood, next to the battery. They should be labelled.
