The fuse block itself is labeled as to what each fuse is for, however most fuses do double duty for 2 or more items not listed on the block. If you reach up at the back of the block there is a release lever that allows the fuse block to swing down for easier viewing. For those items not marked I often wind up taking out each fuse one at a time and determine which one is blown and replace it. Replace fuses with a fuse of the proper value.
If you have a Chilton manual it has a description of the fuse block in it.
The PCV valve on a 1987 - 1990 Chevy Celebrity is in the top center of the valve cover nearest the firewall.
The PVC valve is in the valve cover.
Its on the upper engine in front of the valve cover
The PCV sits in a rubber grommet in the top of the valve cover.
I am presuming you mean the pcv valve, it is in the valve cover.
It is behind a cover on the driver side strut tower.
I would suggest you take the car to an automotive upholstery firm.
most Chevy cps's are located in the timing cover(behind the balancer). I'm not certain on the Celebrity, but it would be a good place to check.AnswerOn my 1986 Celebrity 2.5, it is beneath the intake manifold on the back of the engine.
The pcv is located on either valve cover or the intake.
Its on the passenger side on the side of the dash.Pop the little cover off and I think it is number37 there is a chart on the fuse cover.
Looking over the passenger fender it is alongside the valve cover at the top of the engine.
Assuming you are referring to the head liner I would suggest a decent automotive upholstery firm.
