first of all: don't press them unless it has a white dot, but once you start to get obsesed with it and press them too much, then you get more horrible marks. If there is no white dot, don't touch it and try to always keep that area clean, what works for me is alcohol, but for some people their skin starts to get too dry, so they have to put a lot of creams, that can cause even more pimples. If now you only have the marks of pimples you can put some cream that you put on your skin when it gets irritated and leave it for an hour. At the beg. there won't be no change, and they can look worse, but after some weeks, it gets better, but don't put it daily, because it can also irritate your skin. and try to be away from the sun, because it makes those marks pemanent.
