Well there's tons of meat with bacteria like, raw meat, cob fish because there's these bugs which are in any fishes. And those meat that has white spots blended, with dark, brown reddish meat which have reported to be different types of meat parts. and especially pork, beacause pigs have this virus of junk when they eat and a lot of bacteria. People have died by eating these type of meat or sick, and sent to the hospital. There are more meats that are bad too.
Bacteria that most commonly feed off of raw meat include these genera:
These are the genera of common spoilage bacteria found on raw meat products.
None.
All meats are equally susceptible.
There are a number of bacteria that can grow on meat at room temperature, including Salmonella, E. coli, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Listeria.
Mostly bacteria, yeasts and molds.
a.) Bacteria was present on the meat at the start of the experiment.
yes their are many bacteria particles and moleuclues in meat
One reason I can think of: in most red meats the harmful bacteria are aerobic (they require air to live and thereby create toxins). In large pieces of meat this bacteria presides only on the outer surface of the meat (that part of the meat exposed to air), however, when the meat is minced up these bacteria are spread throughout the meat and this results in more bacteria and therefore more toxins potentially created.
It will kill a lot of bacteria, but it does not sterilize the food.
frozen meat has more bacteria as it is in the freezer with lots of other food
Yes it dose, though you need to get the meat to a sertain temp befor consumption. The temps rang from 140 to 250 degrees. If the meat is under 140 degrees then it hits the danger zone where the meat still has living bacteria in it. If the meat is moldy, then cooking it wont help, through it away.
Bacteria is on the outside of the meat. Meat that has been sliced has increased the surface area for bacteria to grown. If you notice, ground meat spoils the fastest.
Because meat is made from wild animals and most animals get diseases from the filth of the wilderness and the region they reside. FYI: Most meat does NOT have diseases but it is likely that if you don't wash it and prepare it properly then it will be ridden with harmful bacteria and/or viruses.
yes.
Campylobacter bacteria are the most common cause of food poisoning. The bacteria are usually found on raw or undercooked meat (particularly poultry), unpasteurised milk and untreated water.
