Aerobic exercises such as brisk walking, running, dancing, swimming and any kind of active sport helps you to burn fat as well as improve your cholesterol levels. And stretching exercises, strength training exercises build up your muscles, increases metabolism and burns your fat.

150mins of exercise/week i.e 30mins of exercise daily 5 times a week is recommended.
