It sounds to me as if you have a virus, usually a virus called wild tangent. my advice would be one download mozilla firefox, run a anti virus program such as trend micro house call it is free and very effective, once mozilla is downloaded you can download a newer version of internet explorer as well. then increase your security settings and set up the browser of your choice using the internet options.
