Several Native American tribes were involved in the French and Indian War. On the French side were the Shawnee, Algonquian, and Ottawa. On the British side were the Iroquois, Seneca and Onondaga.
Because King George III put an end to it.
I think you mean the British army deployed against the French and their Indian allies.
After the French and Indian War was concluded, British soldiers remained in America, and taxes were imposed on Americans to defer the cost of the war. As the taxes were not exorbitant, I think it was the presence of the British soldiers which made many Americans believe they had become more American than British, and they should be a separate country.

The Battle of the Plains of Abraham was the decisive battle between the French and the English. It demonstrated that the French would be defeated and that the British would be victorious. It did not, however, end the French and Indian War. It was not until Montreal was surrendered to the British that the Canadian aspects of the Seven Years War was complete.
The French and Indian War is called the 7 years war in England. It was fought in the middle of the 18th century and had major consequences for the French, British and Americans. The French lost virtually all of New France and were effectively kicked out of North America by the British. The British all of North America all the way to the Mississippi River. One after-effect of the war for the British was massive debt that they attemped to tax their American colonies to relieve. It didnt work out so well for the Brits
The reason the British taxed the Colonists after the French and Indian War was they were in debt from the war because they spent so much money on it.They had went into debt after the war because they ued all there money for it(most). They had to get the money and they believed they should tax the colonists because they were the ones who were protecting them(the colonies). I think the first tax was the Stamp Act. Then the quartering act that forced the colonists to feed and house the troops........
