Realms of the Commonwealth of Nations

Her Majesty Elizabeth II is the Queen of sixteen Commonwealth realms that have arrangements as a constitutional monarchy. Her Majesty is the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, Barbados, the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Grenada, the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Antigua and Barbuda, Belize, and the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis.

In each of these countries, Her Majesty exercises most executive functions only on the advice of ministers who are responsible to the elected representatives of the legislature. Her Majesty is represented by a Governor General for each nation (except for the United Kingdom, where Her Majesty resides).

Constitutional monarchies of Europe

The Principality of the Valleys of Andorra is a constitutional monarchy, where the functions of the monarch are currently exercised co-regently by Archbishop Joan Enric Vives i Sicília, Bishop of Durgell, and Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the French Republic, as the Co-Princes of Andorra. These co-heads of State exercise executive functions on the advice of the prime minister of Andorra.
