The leader of Great Britain from 1919 to 1939 was David Lloyd George (1919-1922), followed by Andrew Bonar Law (1922-1923) and then Stanley Baldwin (1923-1937). Neville Chamberlain took over as Prime Minister in 1937 and led the country until 1940.
Great Britian let Germany grow stronger after the punishments from the treaty of Versallies after WW1. Great Britian thought the punishments were too harsh and turned a blind eye to Germany upcoming war preparations.
