There were no Presidents of the United States before ratification of the Constitution. Under the Articles of Confederation, there were Presidents of Congress, but the two offices were very different.

The President of the United States is the executive officer of the United States and wields a huge amount of power. The Presidents of Congress under the Articles of Confederation were very limited in their executive powers and essentially served solely as the presiding officers of Congress - more similar in their roles to today's President of the Senate than to the President of the United States itself.

The Presidents of Congress after the Articles of Confederation were ratified were John Hanson , Elias Boudinot, Thomas Mifflin, Richard Henry Lee, John Hancock (elected but did not serve), Nathaniel Gorham, Arthur St. Clair, Cyrus Griffin.

How many presidents had the US had before Washington D.C. were allowed to vote?

Zero. Before Washington D.C. was allowed to vote, there were no presidents because the establishment of Washington D.C. as the capital of the United States occurred before any president was elected. The first president of the United States, George Washington, was elected in 1788, and Washington D.C. became the country's capital in 1790.

Who lead America from 1781 until the first president was elected?

John Hanson was elected the 8th President of the Continental Congress, which, meant he was President of the United States since there was no constitution at this time. Presidents George Washington (1st) to Barack Obama (44th) are Constitutional Presidents, but George Washington is mistaken to be the actual first president. There were actually 14 presidents (of the Continental Congress) before George Washington actually became President of the United States after the ratification of the Constitution. Each of them served one year terms in the Continental Congress (later, the Confederation Congress). Hanson, was elected President in 1781. He served in that office from November 5, 1781 until November 3, 1782. He was the first President to serve a full term after the full ratification of the Articles of Confederation-and like so many of the Southern and New England Founders, he was strongly opposed to the Constitution when it was first discussed. He remained a confirmed anti-federalist until his untimely death.

Who were the first 3 democratic presidents?

The answer depends on what you mean by "democratic " presidents. If you start with Jackson, the first three democratic presidents were Andrew Jackson, Martin Van Buren and James K. Polk. However, the Democratic Party split right before the Civil War and after the war was reformed . The first three presidents from this new version of the party were Grover Cleveland, Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt.
