You've got a clogged heater core. It's by passing the coils, and no heated fluid is getting into the system. First get a quality thermostat(Robert Shaw)usually @ Advance Auto. Then have your system back flushed. If that doesn't do it, replace the heater core. It is an expensive job($450-700). If you want to try it, it will take some time and lots of hard work.
