If the blower motor does not function, it is blown fuse, defective blower motor, defective blower motor resistor pack, or in rare instances a defective blower motor speed control switch. Check the fuse. If it is OK, apply 12 volts directly to the blower motor and if it runs, you probably have a defective Resistor Pack. Very common problem. The only fix is to replace it.
Did you chech the fuse?
Could be a Faulty relay.
it should be close to the fan in the front of the evap case. passanger side firewall engine compartment
That means either you have air in your heater core or your heater core is being bypassed
If the heater fan is not blowing on a 2001 Chevy S10 Pickup, it is possible that the fuse needs replacing. It is also possible that debris is interfering with the operation of the fan. Could also be, a faulty fan motor, a faulty fan motor speed resistor, a faulty fan motor switch,
is a slow running fan heater going to give same heat as a fast fan heater if both 2000 running at
The fan motor has a short...change it.
If you feel no air blowing at all (when you are not moving) then your fan is not blowing. If it is blowing air, and it is cold, when the heater is on, then most probably your heater core is leaking, or is clogged. These are easily replaceable and go bad all the time in older cars.
There is an electrical short to ground in the fan switch or in the blower motor itself.
heater fan only works after about 15 minutes on my 89 plate range rover
check that its not switched on first ........otherwise its the fan speed resistor ..............very costly part easy fit....
Is this a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville? I need this answered for this year and make.
