Why are italian men and most Europeans genitaly intact ie not circumcised.?

The vast majority of men in the world are not circumcised. Circumcision is practiced in Judaism and Islam. It is also sometimes practiced in certain cultures, specifically the United States. The vast majority of Italian men are Roman Catholic,and according to the Christian religion circumcision is not required at all. not Jewish or Muslim, therefore they are not circumcised. in some country's it is done as a cultural right of passage into manhood rite. and in English speaking cultures it was introduced for unfounded medical reasons which turned into a cultural practice. There is no reason that is associated with health that indicates circumcision.
