if im not mistaking that sound should be the solenoid opening and closing.
Improved: it also could be a sticky lifter, a lifter going bad, exhaust leak, or a spark not grounding right.
My 2003 Chevrolet Suburban 280 hp engine is making metal clicking sounds when I accelerate. It gets worse the faster I go. The battery went dead and had to be jumped two days ago. The car starts fine but then it makes this clicking sound when I put it in drive and go. It happens in park also. What is this?
you make two clicking sounds fast like "tktk!" and then say nga with a nasal n. so overall its "tktknga!" to say thank you you say "fuqazz"
Anti-Lock Brake systems generally do a self-test as soon as the key is turned to the ON position, whether or not you start the engine. This usually only takes a second or so and creates a series of buzzes and clicks under the hood that can be heard from inside the vehicle. Most vehicles also have many electromechanical relays that will be energized when the key is turned ON, which will also create audible clicking sounds. On fuel-injected vehicles, you will generally also hear a buzzing noise from the fuel tank for a second or two while the fuel pump is priming.
no but you can switch households. you can do this by clicking edit town then clicking the household you want to switch to then clicking change to active household.

When a started malefactions on a 1998 VW Passat the solenoid will make a clicking noise but the engine will not turn-over. To replace the unit remove the two bolts mounting the part onto the transmission.
You can do this by clicking on two separate crops, weeds, or flowers.

I would start it once maybe twice to be sure, but the car should be fine for two wees
have you replaced the battery? It sounds like an electrical problem. The battery needs load tested... which can be done for free at autozone, advance auto parts, etc. Also check the starter soleonoid... should be located either on passenger side of engine compartment or on the firewall somewhere... simple/cheap fix if that's the problem
ford stands for fix or repair daily. but 90% of the time it is not your engine vibrating, it is the plastic paneling in your dash or in engine compartment. the engine will always shake when starting because the engine mounts give engine a little wiggle room, and the amount of torque to start and engine is kind of a lot, plus the engine is cold so it "eats" more gas to start, cold engine so less lubrication on engine parts for about a second or two until the oil pick up well picks up the oil lol
