This is a problem with men. I have done alot of plumbing in my life and this is a fact of life. Sometimes it is better to go a little and flush then finsh with another flush with toilet paper. It could be that your main pipe under the toilet is old and it has like burrs or rough spots that catches toilet paper if it is cast iron, so it collects little pieces of paper and maybe just cant dispose the waste all at one time. Water pressure is another thing that the flapper is closing too soon and not letting enough water out make sure he holds the handle down if you have a flapper problem that will let more water out,also the little holes under the rim get cloggeg up and it does not swirl fast enough to flush the waste away. I would call a plumber to check this out. Good luck girlie!! I'm not convinced you can attribute this to a particular sex. Setting that aside, all toilets are not created equal. Look into getting a Toto brand toilet. Or you could just try a different husband. The new toilet has a much more efficient system of flushing, that will eliminate much of the problem. Updating the toilet is also a great way to reduce the use of water. It was an easy exchange.

Everything that goes down the toilet has to be sent for treatment and turned back into pure water and compost to prevent pollution of the environment. Things like babies nappies, condoms, tampons and patches are not biodegradable and they block up the sewage system. Put patches etc in the trash.

Maggots are fly larve if flys are getting under your toilet you should put silcone caulk around the base. if flys cant get under the toilet then they cant lay their eggs. I would lift the toilet kill the maggots replace the wax ring tighten the toilet bolts really tight then caulk
