check fuse box on drivers side. all i had to do was put an new fuse in and mine began working again.

its not possable to do by hand it has a special anti-rollback feature to protect future buyers from fraud you must take it in to a specialized mechanic that will roll it back and put a sticker on your window that you can not remove under any circumstances it states the mileage is true and that the odometer has been replaced

the little gear that turns the numbers is broke and the only way to fix is replace the whole speedometer.
If the abs light is on, then you might have a rear axle speed sensor issue. If not, then you have a cluster problem.

i just changed the speed sensor on my 91 and it took care of that same problem.
This happend on one of my cares. It was just a cable that needed to be changed under the hood. I am sure anyone at napa or autozone can help you out.

i have a 91s10 4.3 auto and mine is not working either im going to change the vehicle speed sensor on trans and see if that works
