Ok what basically happened was that the Soviet Union and Germany signed a treaty or Joseph Stalin and Hitler signed contract that they would not attack each other if a war broke out the treaty. But Hitler later on in the war basically backstabbed the Soviet Union and tried to invade them later on but the Soviet Union got invaded but not taken over. The soviets then pushed the Nazis all the way back into Germany and stayed then until the late 1960-70? So no one invaded Russia because Hitler was to stupid to rember Russia�s best ally the Russian winter and that�s basically what happened
