Why do all turn signals turn on as if hazards were turned on when you use right or left signal and lights inside car also flash?

Bad wiring i am guessing that something is wrong with your turn signal switch. Actually, The turn signals and hazard lights are controlled by 2 different relays. Try changing the Turn-signal relay.

Probably the Electronic Flasher. These ,when the fail,will allow the Signals and/or hazard lights to work intermittently. The flasher is the same for both the signals and hazards.

The problem that I had with my 2001 Ranger rebuild was I had tail-lights and back up lights along with brake lights. No turn signals or hazard lights. More than likely, it is a bad turn signal control arm. There is also a relay box under the dash. My problem was that the relay had gotten wet and had rusted inside. The only thing common to all those lights (but not to the center brake light) is the hazard switch. I'd check that next. On my 96 Century the hazards override the signals and brake lights meaning that the signals and brake lights must be wired into the hazard switch somehow.

Probably the flasher unit needs to be replaced. This is an electronic switch which usually mounts underneath the dashboard.
