Convert 318 oil pan to 360 oil pan
I am not sure of how to instal a rear main seal on '89 dodge D100 with a v6.
No, the small blocks have the distributor in the rear.
You have to remove the tranmission and the flywheel.
The rear main oil seal would be the bigger repair job on most engines.
You remove the trans and flywheel. The seal then drives in from the rear.
If you have to ask, the answer won't help you.
Dodge full size van b series B150,B250 all are rear wheel drive with 3 engines v6, 318,360
No Depends on make, model, and engine. Some older style engines have the rear main seal in the rear main bearing cap. If that is the case, it is possible if the oil pan can be removed with the transmission in place.
all depended on if it had the hemi engine or the 440 and the rear gearing, both engines were fast for the day.
rear main seal leaking
Four cylinder engines, do not have one. Six cylinder, it is on the driver side end of the rear cylinder head.
